How Judica works

Four steps, the same for every case. No hearings to schedule, no filings to post, and no public docket.

01

Start a case

Set out the dispute in your own words, name the responding party, and open a numbered case file. Both sides are notified the moment it is accepted.

02

Verify identity

Each participant confirms who they are before the record opens to them. Verification is recorded on the case, so no party proceeds anonymously.

03

Submit evidence

Upload documents, correspondence and statements to the case file. Everything is dated, attributed and visible only to the parties and the tribunal.

04

Receive a decision

The tribunal reviews the sealed record and issues a written decision, with reasons, on the case. The file closes with a complete history.

Confidentiality

Built for matters
that stay private.

Judica is designed for commercial and personal disputes where the facts matter and publicity does not help either side.

01

A sealed record

Case files are private by default. Only the named parties, their representatives and the tribunal can open a file — never the open web.

02

Verified participants

Every participant has an identity status on record before evidence is accepted, so a decision rests on parties who are who they say they are.

03

Reasons in writing

Decisions are issued on the case file with the reasoning attached. Nothing is left to a phone call or an unwritten understanding.
